Clare Arnold (1994–1997)
Played by: Kathleen Robertson
Character: Clare was a year younger than the gang, just like David, but she went to CU as a sophmore due to A.P. credit. She is the Chancellor's daughter and met Brandon and the gang when Brandon was on the Task Force. She tried to get Brandon, but was unsuccessful. She became Donna and Kelly's roomate after the Donna and David broke up. She later dated David, then David again, then Steve, then Dick, then Steve again, and left for Paris with her father.

Noah Hunter (1997–2000)
Played by: Vincent Young
Character: Noah was bumming around Hawaii, when the gang met him, and when they returned, he joined the group. He as did so many, owned the After Dark for a while, dated Donna for quite some time and had a lot of tense moments with David. He also dated Gina and Valerie, but Donna was always who he wanted. He had tons of money, since his family was rich, but didn't put it to much use after being the one to discover his father who had committed suicide. That event lead to a drinking problem, but though he did not get the girl, he did over come.

Janet Sosna (1998–2000)
Played by: Lindsey Price
Character: Janet answered the ad Brandon and Steve placed for an office manager/writer for the Beverly Beat. After a while, she got tired of giving Steve advice about his disasterous love life, she threatened to quit, but then the realized they just had the hots for each other. They had a child and got married, and after selling the Beat to a large publishing company, they decided to start a new paper together.

Valerie Malone (1994–1998)
Played by: Tiffani Amber Thiessen
Character: Valerie came to live with the Walshes after Brenda decided to stay in London and study acting. She left Buffalo because her mother was in serious therapy after the suicide of her father. She has always been wild, with a taste for pot, which she soon kicked after Brandon took over household control when Jim and Cindy moved to Hong Kong. She has been through many men, because her schemes always disrupt her relationships, and the struggle after losing all her money to an ex-employee of Kelly's father, and comming to terms with her mother over the fact that Val's father sexually abused her, and mom knew and he was getting treatment and Val couldn't stand anymore and she killed him when he came for her again. She and Kelly will probably never be anything but enemies. But she can get along with the rest of the gang. I think that she felt she had to leave after Brandon left, because he was the only one who defended her when she screwed one of the others.

Gina Kincaid (1998–2000)
Played by: Vanessa Marcil
Character: Gina was a cousin of Donna's who came to live in California, after her mother passed away. She had been told her father had died long ago. She discovered she was the illegitimate daughter of Dr. Martin, and therefore a half sister to Donna. This just added to the perpetual tension between her and Donna, and after attempting to revive her skating career only to fall prey to her eating disorder, dating both David and Noah, she left to return to her home town.

Matt Durning (1998–2000)
Played by: Daniel Cosgrove
Character: Matt is a lawyer who got an office in the same mall that Donna and Kelly opened their boutique in. He got friendly with Kelly while helping out in the opening days of the boutique, and eventually got together with Kelly. They had various adventures, between his representing the man who raped Kelly, then helping her get off after the same rapist came to the boutque and she shot him, to his wife, who has some grave mental disorder, to which the only drug that would counter act it was found to be fatal, to the ever present feelings she had for Dylan. He left when he realized he had lost her to Dylan.

Nat Busichio
Played by: Joe E Tata
Character: Nat is the owner/operator of the Peach Pit, and a co-owner of the After Dark. He was a best friend to the entire gang, parents included. He had a heart attack and almost sold the Pit, but the gang saved it. He was a movie actor in the sixties. Steve discovered Jonie, an actress he knew then that was the love of his life, and brought them back together. They eventually got married and had a child.
